Help - COSHH form: change of Responsible Person (RP)

System admin and DSC level users can initiate a change of RP for a COSHH form.  This will create a revison and put the COSHH form into 'requiring approval' status.  The system will email the new RP to approve the COSHH.  Once approved, the old form will be archived and a revision with the new RP will be created.

To change the RP, click the change RP button from any page in the active COSHH:

Once the screen updates, enter part of the name of the new RP into othe 'find..' box

Click the [+] icon next to the correct match.
Repeat for a new 2nd RP if needed.

Click the change RP button.  The screen will update to show the process has completed.

The new RP will be emailed asking them to approve the COSHH form.  Once they complete this step, the new version of the COSHH with the new RP will be active, and the previous version with the old RP will be archived.
