Help - COSHH form: deleting

You can only delete a COSHH form that has not yet been approved. For active forms, you can archive them, but not delete them.

To delete a COSHH form:

• go to the COSHH forms page

• click the expand/ collapse arrowhead next to the COSHH you want to delete
• click the delete button
• you will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the form

• click delete to confirm or cancel to back out

Who can delete a COSHH form?

The author of the COSHH form or the RP on the form are able to delete it. As noted above, once a form has been approved, it cannot be deleted, only archived.
