DSC users of the system can set flags on various chemical or biological agents. Flags can be set either as passive flags or active flags. Passive flags allow the DSC to create quick links to all COSHH forms containing a flagged agent (equivalent to a saved search). Active flags allow you to recieve emails when users add flagged agents to, or approve a COSHH, or to block addition of agents to a COSHH.
To flag an agent
On the main Flag screen, you can then set the flag options
The flag types are:
1. email me on addition to COSHH section 2
This is an active flag that will email you as soon as a user adds the agent to section 2 of a COSHH form.
2. email me on approval of COSHH
This is an active flag that will email you as soon as a COSHH containing your flag is approved by the RP.
3. force COSHH aprpoval by DSC
This is an active flag that will change the workflow so that approval by the DSC will take place after the RP approval.
4. add agent to my flag list
A passive flag that adds the agent to your flag list to give you quick acess to a search for all COSHH forms that contain the agent.
5. block COSHH using this agent
An active flag that will prevent the agent from being added to a COSHH form.
