Help - COSHH notify signatories

The system can be used to prompt or remind users that they have to sign a COSHH form. This can be of particular use with forms used in relating to teaching activities, where multiple users are added to the form using the add class option.

To notify signatories

• view section 12 of the COSHH form
• click the notify signatories button
• all users listed on the COSHH form who have yet to sign will be automatically emailed

An electronic COSHH form has been completed and you have been added to it as a user. In order to conform to the University regulations you need to read and then digitally sign the form, which you can do by following the link below to access the COSHH system.
